Belvoir Tack Cleaner Spray is the first step in keep your saddle and tack clean and conditioned. Belvoir spray tack cleaner removes dirt, grease and sweat without hard work and leaves a perfect clean surface for the application of Belvoir Tack Conditioner Step 2 or other leather conditioning products. Belvoir Tack Cleaner is made from a blend of cleaning agents that are anti-fungal to prevent the growth of mould, and can be used for removing mould growths already present on leather. This saddle soap is also pH neutral to ensure it will not rot the stitching on your saddle or bridle.

This leather cleaner is packaged in the innovative Equimist 360' bottle that enables spraying from all angles for those hard to reach areas. The bottle has minimal waste and produces a fine mist to evenly apply cleaner to your saddle.

Belvoir Tack Cleaner should be sprayed directly onto the leather and wiped off with a clean cloth or sponge. For areas with ingrained grease spray this saddle soap on and leave for approximately 5 minutes before wiping. When cleaning mould from tack ensure the cloth is disposed off after use. Belvoir Tack cleaner can also be used on synthetic leather (always test a hidden area first) but is not suitable for suede or nubuck. This 600ml bottle of leather cleaner will last up to two months depending on use.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email detailing the courier used and your tracking number. We partner with Royal Mail and DPD to deliver parcels, all items are sent on a tracked service.

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

  • You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging (all tags attached), unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
  • You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; you then have a further 7 days in which you can return the item but no refund can be given - you will be offered either an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months).
  • If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be sent a postage label to return the item to us at no expense to yourself. Please contact us to advise of the fault and request a postage label. We regret we cannot reimburse your postage costs if you choose not to use a pre-paid label. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis in consultation with manufacturers.
  • If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.
  • We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents. Last return date for Christmas presents is January 14th.

All orders will contain a returns form, please follow the instructions on this form to return an item.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Horse Direct cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit back to us.
