The Horseware Ice Vibe Knee Wrap are rechargeable vibrating boots specifically contoured to fit the knee area which can help to boost circulation in horse's legs aiding in the treatment of injury and managing long term conditions using a combination of vibration panels and cold packs to help ease soreness and reduce swelling in the knees.

The Horseware Ice Vibe Knee Wrap can be used for warm or cold therapy. For warm therapy simply place the cold packs to soak in warm water. Warm vibration therapy can also be beneficial for horses suffering with joint stiffness.

For cold therapy to reduce swelling it is important to use both cooling and vibration as applying cold packs alone reduces blood flow and therefore slows down healing, using vibration and cool packs together on the other hand encourages the blood to keep flowing whilst the inflammation is being reduced. By keeping the blood flowing to the knees and legs after exercise these Ice Vibe Knee Wraps enable healthier limbs as nutrients are taken to the muscles quicker and waste is removed avoiding stiffness and aches.

Ice Vibe Knee Wraps can be used without the cold packs to prepare the knees for exercise simply by using a low vibration setting to get the blood flowing to the knees and legs. After exercise pop the cold packs back in the boot to help the tendons repair quickly and avoid stiffness developing.

UK Orders

  • Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £50
  • UK Mainland orders over £50 receive free delivery
  • UK Mainland Next Day Delivery is £7.95 (order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday)
  • UK Saturday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
  • UK Sunday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
  • UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50 or £8.50 over £50
  • Smaller items are posted Tracked 48 with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from point of order to arrive
  • Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)

UK Next Day Delivery

  • A next day delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £7.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on next day delivery will be dispatched the following day on a Next Day delivery service.
  • Saturday and Sunday delivery are £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands). Orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday, please note our courier cannot collect on a Saturday so Sunday orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
  • Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, AB31-56, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.

International Orders

  • Standard Europe delivery is £9.50
  • Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00
  • Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price due to volume or weight restrictions, if this is the case you will be contacted by email

Returns Policy

  • You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
  • You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
  • We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents. Last return date for Christmas presents is January 14th.
  • You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty

  • You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; you then have a further 7 days in which you can return the item but no refund can be given - you will be offered either an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months).
  • If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be sent a postage label to return the item to us at no expense to yourself. Please contact us to advise of the fault and request a postage label. We regret we cannot reimburse your postage costs if you choose not to use a pre-paid label. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis in consultation with manufacturers.
  • If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.
  • We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents.

All orders will contain a returns form, please follow the instructions on this form to return an item.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Horse Direct cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit back to us.
