Developed in conjunction with the University of Lincoln, this Lincoln Muddy Buddy Magic Mud Kure Cream is scientifically proven to kill the bacteria responsible for painful mud sores. A highly effective cream which utilises the natural antibacterial properties of pure silver to promote gentle but effective recovery. The formulation is easily absorbed and helps to soften scabs to aid humane removal.

For horses whose legs are painful to touch, Lincoln Muddy Buddy Magic Mud Kure Powder is recommended until the horse can tolerate the area being touched.

• Smaller items are posted Tracked 48 with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from point of order to arrive

UK Next Day Delivery

• A next day delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £7.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to qualify for Next Day delivery excluding Bank Holiday's which will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on next day delivery will be dispatched the following day on a Next Day delivery service. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be collected on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Returns Policy

• You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

• If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be sent a postage label to return the item to us at no expense to yourself. Please contact us to advise of the fault and request a postage label. We regret we cannot reimburse your postage costs if you choose not to use a pre-paid label. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis in consultation with manufacturers.
• If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead, refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.
