NAF Five Star Oestress is formulated to address the hormonal imbalance mares often experience that leads to mood swings, aggression, compromised performance and flirting. NAF Oestress helps to naturally balance the oestrus cycle through a combination of herbal ingredients that have been used for centuries to target hormonal imbalance. The ovaries are positioned just behind the saddle which can often cause discomfort, displayed by a reluctance to work effectively through the back, kicking, tail swishing or even bucking. Feeding NAF Oestress balances the hormone levels, thereby reducing discomfort and encouraging your mare to relax and concentrate in comfort. NAF Oestress Powder also contains magnesium to help reduce anxiety as well as natural antioxidants to flush out toxins from your mare's system.

NAF Five Star Oestress should be fed daily throughout the spring and summer season and increased as necessary in accordance with her oestress cycle (suitable for year round use if necessary). Oestress is not suitable for pregnant mares and broodmares should be taken off NAF Oestress two months prior to covering. NAF Five Star Oestress has also proven effective at calming geldings that display riggy behaviour.

• UK Mainland Next Day Delivery is £7.95 (order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday to qualify)
• UK Saturday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
• UK Sunday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
• UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50 or £8.50 over £50 - Please note DPD is suspending delivery to Northern Ireland from 23/12/2020 this effect high-value items and heavy items.
• Smaller items are posted Tracked 48 with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from point of order to arrive
• *Some items have to be sent via courier due to delivery restriction such as heavy items and aerosols
• Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required). IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 23rd March 2020 - Please note that DPD is no longer offering the collection from your local store service. UK Next Day Delivery

• A next day delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £7.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to qualify for Next Day delivery excluding Bank Holiday's which will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on next day delivery will be dispatched the following day on a Next Day delivery service. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be collected on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 23rd March 2020 - Please note that DPD is no longer offering the collection from your local store service. You will also no longer be able to change the destination of a parcel once it has been dispatched. Please use an address suitable for your goods to get to you.
• Saturday and Sunday delivery are £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands). Orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday, please note our courier cannot collect on a Saturday so Sunday orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
• Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, AB31-56, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.

Returns Policy

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

• You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

• You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging (all tags attached), unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; you then have a further 7 days in which you can return the item but no refund can be given - you will be offered either an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months).
• If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be sent a postage label to return the item to us at no expense to yourself. Please contact us to advise of the fault and request a postage label. We regret we cannot reimburse your postage costs if you choose not to use a pre-paid label. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis in consultation with manufacturers.
• If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead, refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.

All orders will contain a returns form, please follow the instructions on this form to return an item.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Horse Direct cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit back to us.
