NAF Love the Skin he's in Skin Wash soothes and supports the skin, helping to alleviate lumps, bumbs and skin irritation. Love the Skin he's in is a new range by NAF designed to support the largest organ in the body - skin. This NAF Skin range offers the premium skin care your horse's skin deserves and includes a wash, salve, spray and supplement to support the skin from the inside out.

Love the Skin he's in Skin Wash contains a gentle unique blend of herbal ingredients, including Aloe Vera to support skin that's damaged or challenged by lumps, bumps, rashes or mild irritations. This 3 in 1 skin wash provides optimum skin care whichever way you choose to use it on your horse and can be used either neat, hot or cold. Every 1 litre bottle of NAF Love the Skin he's in comes with a free NAF deep cleansing towel.

Hot towel wash - Ideal after clipping or to ensure a deep, thorough clean. Mix 1 capful in 5lt of hot water (not boiling). Soak your NAF Deep Cleansing Towel in water and wring out until just damp and the use a circular motion to work firmly into the coat.

Cool wash - Useful after exercise as a refreshing wash to lift sweat, grease and dust from the coat, and to support healthy skin especially when challenged by seasonal reactions. Mix 2 capfuls in 10lt of cold water and use to wash the horse down with a sponge. Remove excess water with a sweat scraper.

Concentrated use - Apply directly to the skin in undiluted form to address specific areas requiring attention, for example, specific lumps or bumps. Pour NAF Skin Wash onto a sponge or cloth and apply directly to affected area. For best results use NAF Deep Cleansing Towel and subsequently leave to dry.

We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.

UK Orders

  • Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £50
  • UK Mainland orders over £50 receive free delivery
  • UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 and is a 1-3 day service
  • UK Mainland Next Day Delivery is £7.95 (order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday)
  • UK Saturday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
  • UK Sunday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
  • UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50 or £8.50 over £50
  • Smaller items are posted Tracked 48 with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from point of order to arrive
  • Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)

UK Next Day Delivery

  • A next day delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £7.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on next day delivery will be dispatched the following day on a Next Day delivery service.
  • Saturday and Sunday delivery are £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands). Orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday, please note our courier cannot collect on a Saturday so Sunday orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
  • Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, AB31-56, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.

International Orders

  • Standard Europe delivery is £9.50
  • Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00
  • Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price due to volume or weight restrictions, if this is the case you will be contacted by email

Returns Policy

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

  • You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
  • You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
  • We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents. Last return date for Christmas presents is January 14th.
  • You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

  • You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging (all tags attached), unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
  • You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; you then have a further 7 days in which you can return the item but no refund can be given - you will be offered either an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months).
  • If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be sent a postage label to return the item to us at no expense to yourself. Please contact us to advise of the fault and request a postage label. We regret we cannot reimburse your postage costs if you choose not to use a pre-paid label. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis in consultation with manufacturers.
  • If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.
  • We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents.

All orders will contain a returns form, please follow the instructions on this form to return an item.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Horse Direct cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit back to us.
