Anatomy-inspired double jointed bit design with enhanced mouthpiece stability, the Neue Schule Turtle Top with Flex Loose Ring has optimised alignment of the mouthpiece surfaces to the tongue and palate. The Turtle Top™ link shape is flattened dome shaped link lowers palate pressure and prevents the cannons from being pushed upwards above the link by the horse’s tongue.

The Neue Schule Flex design concept delivers a guaranteed and well controlled co-alignment of the surfaces of the mouthpiece with the sensitive surfaces of the equine mouth. FlexZ is a development of the Tranz range (hence the “Z”). Gently curved cannons form a wide arch aligned over the tongue and held in shape by Turtle Top™. FlexZ is therefore more securely centred on the tongue and more resistant to being pulled through the mouth.

Turtle TopTM with Flex keeps the mouthpiece centred and arched over the tongue at all times, safely helping to prevent sideways tongue evasions. This comfortable mouthpiece re-focuses the inattentive mouth back onto the rein aids in order to achieve a soft consistent contact.

• Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75*
• UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
• UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 and is a 1-3 day service.
• UK Mainland Next Day Delivery is £7.95 (order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday to qualify)
• UK Saturday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
• UK Sunday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
• UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50 or £8.50 over £50 - Please note DPD is suspending delivery to Northern Ireland from 23/12/2020 this effect high-value items and heavy items.
• Smaller items are posted Tracked 48 with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from point of order to arrive
• *Some items have to be sent via courier due to delivery restriction such as heavy items and aerosols
• Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required). IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 23rd March 2020 - Please note that DPD is no longer offering the collection from your local store service. UK Next Day Delivery

• A next day delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £7.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to qualify for Next Day delivery excluding Bank Holiday's which will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on next day delivery will be dispatched the following day on a Next Day delivery service. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be collected on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 23rd March 2020 - Please note that DPD is no longer offering the collection from your local store service. You will also no longer be able to change the destination of a parcel once it has been dispatched. Please use an address suitable for your goods to get to you.
• Saturday and Sunday delivery are £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands). Orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday, please note our courier cannot collect on a Saturday so Sunday orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
• Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, AB31-56, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.

Returns Policy

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

• You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

• You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging (all tags attached), unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; you then have a further 7 days in which you can return the item but no refund can be given - you will be offered either an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months).
• If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be sent a postage label to return the item to us at no expense to yourself. Please contact us to advise of the fault and request a postage label. We regret we cannot reimburse your postage costs if you choose not to use a pre-paid label. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis in consultation with manufacturers.
• If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead, refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.

All orders will contain a returns form, please follow the instructions on this form to return an item.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Horse Direct cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit back to us.
