Ordering from Horse Direct couldn't be simpler!

Simply give us a call on 01661 853110 and let us know what you'd like to order. Our staff are all highly knowledgeable about the products and are able to give advice and help on what might be best for you. Over the phone orders must be paid for at the time using either a credit or debit card.


We're really proud of the Horse Direct website and we think it's super easy to use. Simply browse our online catalogue or search for what you need, pick the size and colour required (where applicable) and click 'Add to Bag'. Alternatively, you can click the heart button to add to your online wishlist or email to a friend for Birthday and Christmas present ideas! Once you add something to your bag it will appear in the top right-hand corner, you can then hover over your basket to see what's in it or click the 'checkout' button to complete your order.

Please be aware that there are some items on our site which require courier delivery due to weight or restrictions these items will require collection from our store in Northumberland or Courier delivery via DPD at a charge of £7.95.

Please note some items cannot be sent across water from the UK - Mainland, example iodine.


There are two ways to pay for online orders, either using a credit/debit card or through Paypal. We partner with SagePay, one of the leading UK online payment providers to provide a secure and easy checkout process when paying with your credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay through Paypal and will be taken to Paypal's checkout screen to complete your transaction. We regret we are unable to accept any other forms of payment.
