The Sprenger Sensogan KK Ultra 16mm Snaffle has a shortened middle link known as a 'bean' which has been angled forward by 45 degrees so it lies gently on the tongue resulting in even and constant contact without squeezing to allow clear instructions through the rein. The KK Ultra design takes advantage of the exceptional sensitivity of the tongue with an anatomically formed mouthpiece which lies perfectly in the horse's mouth for comfort.

The mouthpiece is made from Sensogan® a material developed by Sprenger building on the positive features of their original Aurigan metal to give a sophisticated and even more delicate connection to the horse. Sensogan® has a reduced Copper content and new ingredient Manganese which regulates the oxidation process more smoothly. This material has proven in tests conducted in collaboration with the Veterinary University of Medicine Hannover and the German Riding School Warendorf to be highly compatible and exceptionally well tolerated and easy to clean.

The Sprenger Sensogan KK Ultra Snaffle has a mouthpiece is designed to take up less room and follow the shape of the tongue to prevent the bit interfering with the palate while encouraging a high level of responsiveness and clearly defined aids.

UK Sunday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50 or £8.50 over £50 - Please note DPD is suspending delivery to Northern Ireland from 23/12/2020 this effect high-value items and heavy items.
Smaller items are posted Tracked 48 with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from point of order to arrive
*Some items have to be sent via courier due to delivery restriction such as heavy items and aerosols
Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required). UK Next Day Delivery

A next day delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £7.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to qualify for Next Day delivery excluding Bank Holiday's which will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on next day delivery will be dispatched the following day on a Next Day delivery service. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be collected on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Saturday and Sunday delivery are £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands). Orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday, please note our courier cannot collect on a Saturday so Sunday orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.

You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging (all tags attached), unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; you then have a further 7 days in which you can return the item but no refund can be given - you will be offered either an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months).
If an item is faulty on arrival you have 14 days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. If an item is faulty you will be sent a postage label to return the item to us at no expense to yourself. Please contact us to advise of the fault and request a postage label. We regret we cannot reimburse your postage costs if you choose not to use a pre-paid label. Items deemed faulty after this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis in consultation with manufacturers.
If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.
We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents.

All orders will contain a returns form, please follow the instructions on this form to return an item.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Horse Direct cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit back to us.
